Andrew has over 25 years of experience conducting survey-based research, both within the educational sector and beyond. His expertise includes questionnaire design, sample procurement, programming and hosting of online surveys, invitations, project monitoring and management, data coding and tabulation, statistical analysis, report writing and presentation of results.
In addition to institution-level research support, Andrew has managed the design, execution and data analytics work for industry-level surveys of educational professionals such as classroom teachers, administrators, or district level decision-makers.
Andrew has many years of experience in market research with such firms as Claritas, Find/SVP and Cyber Dialogue. He has served as Director of Research Operations for Fulcrum Analytics, where he managed the development, data collection, and research reporting of five annual syndicated survey programs, covering the Internet/ e-commerce, entertainment, financial services, health care and small business markets.
Andrew earned his bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Geneseo and a master's degree from the University of Connecticut and he has been professionally certified (PRC) by the Marketing Research Association.
